1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hiring Hunter ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Hiring Hunter is a job search platform that provides:

• Automated job posting aggregation from public sources
• Contact information enrichment for hiring managers and decision makers
• AI-powered email sequence generation for outreach
• CSV export functionality for lead management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System and Billing

• Hiring Hunter operates on a credit-based system
• Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable
• Contact enrichment and email generation consume credits as specified in our pricing
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is inactive for over 12 months

5. Data Usage and Privacy

• We aggregate job postings from publicly available sources
• Contact information is obtained through legitimate third-party enrichment services
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when contacting leads
• We do not store your generated emails or contact lists beyond the export period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for competitive intelligence against Hiring Hunter

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hiring Hunter and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hiring Hunter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
